Neely Agin has returned to Norton Rose Fulbright as US head of antitrust in Washington, DC, the firm said Tuesday.
Agin, who focuses on antitrust and competition matters, guides companies through merger review and clearance processes and other antitrust investigations by the Justice Department and Federal Trade Commission, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
She has experience with the retail, energy and healthcare sectors, Norton Rose Fulbright said.
