Aditi Sanyal joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its banking and finance team in Dubai, the firm announced Thursday.
Sanyal’s practice focuses on supporting financial institutions across the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia with their conventional and Islamic financing needs, the firm said.
She also represents borrowers and lenders in financing transactions, including syndicated and bilateral corporate finance, real estate finance, acquisition finance, and restructuring, the firm said.
She joins from Simmons & Simmons.
