Patrick Harder has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as US co-head of infrastructure in Los Angeles, the firm said Tuesday.
Harder has experience as a legal and business advisor on public and private construction and infrastructure projects, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
He will serve in this role alongside Doug Fried, and he will also be North America co-head of infrastructure with Doug Fried and Jay LeMoine, the Canada head of infrastructure.
He is joined by associate Sharon Jeong.
