Kyle Gann joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its business practice group and transactional and regulatory insurance team in Chicago, the firm announced Thursday.
Gann advises companies ranging from emerging growth businesses to Fortune 500 corporations across their lifecycle, the firm said.
He joins from Winston & Strawn.
