Michael Aluko joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its financial services and regulation practice in New York, the firm announced Tuesday.
Aluko advises institutional investors and sponsors on structuring and regulatory and legal issues impacting various private investment funds, including management and upper tier compensation arrangements, the firm said.
His clients include global institutions and entrepreneurs in the sports, entertainment, real estate, and tech industries.
