Helen B. Kim has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in Los Angeles, the firm said Thursday.
Kim, who joins from K&L Gates, works on shareholder derivative suits, securities class actions, and securities and commodities enforcement proceedings and, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
She represents public and private companies and their directors, officers, and principal shareholders, Norton Rose Fulbright said.
