Norton Rose Fulbright Adds Two Financial Services Partners in NY

Steven Lofchie and Mark Highman have joined Norton Rose Fulbright as partners with the financial services team in New York, the firm said Monday.

Lofchie provides advice on securities, broker-dealer regulation and credit, and derivative transactions to financial institutions and corporate clients, and Highman works on broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, and commodity pool regulation, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.

“Steve and Mark are incredible additions to our financial services and regulation practice in the US ... They will integrate well into our team, as they share our firm’s client-centric approach and innovative mindset,” said Jeff Cody, Norton Rose Fulbright’s US managing partner, in a statement.

They join from Fried Frank.
