Adam Rehm and Rhiannon D’Agostin have joined Norton Rose Fulbright as partners in the intellectual property practice, the firm said Tuesday.
Rehm, who is located in Dallas, advises clients on patent and trademark prosecution, freedom to operate studies, licensing, and intellectual property litigation, according to Norton Rose Fulbright. D’Agostin, who is based in Denver, concentrates on intellectual property counseling, including patent portfolio strategy and management, for offensive and defensive considerations.
Zack Cleary joins alongside the partners as counsel, said the firm. The entire group arrives from Polsinelli.
