Norton Rose Fulbright Adds to IP Practice With New Partner

Stuart Nelson joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner as it expands its intellectual property practice in Minneapolis, the firm announced Monday.

Nelson advises emerging companies and global enterprises on patent prosecution, strategic counseling, portfolio development, and post-grant disputes. His addition helps the firm’s ability to deliver end-to-end intellectual property counsel from early-stage portfolio development through enforcement, licensing, and disputes across technology-driven industries, the firm said.

He joins from Fish & Richardson.
