Thomas Verity joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and securities practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Verity’s practice focuses on cross-border mergers and acquisitions and advising corporations, private equity firms, financial advisors, and special committees on transactions and corporate matters in the energy and infrastructure sectors, the firm said.
He joins from Latham & Watkins.
