Simon Weppner joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its tax practice in Düsseldorf, Germany, the firm announced Wednesday.
Weppner manages complex tax-related matters internationally as both a lawyer and tax advisor, the firm said.
He joins from Eversheds Sutherland Germany.
