Victoria Morton joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in its securitisation practice in London, the firm announced today.
Morton advises on securitisation and structured finance transactions, acting for banks and non-bank specialist loan originators and servicers. Her practice focuses on asset-backed financings, including private warehouse financings, forward flow arrangements, loan portfolio sales and public securitisations across residential mortgage loans, consumer loans, SME commercial real estate loans, bridging loans, auto loans and credit card receivables.
