Norton Rose Fulbright Adds Partner Spektor to US Regulatory Team

Andrey Spektor has joined Norton Rose Fulbright’s US regulatory, investigations, securities and compliance practice in the New York office, the firm said this week.

Spektor represents companies, boards of directors, and individuals in criminal actions, government inquiries, civil enforcement proceedings, complex commercial litigation, and appeals. He helps clients navigate investigations by entities such as the Justice Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and state authorities. He also advises on probes stemming from whistleblower complaints and workplace misconduct.

He arrives with senior associate Ashley Spechler in New York and associate Jamison Winters in St. Louis, the firm said.
