Joshua Cohen has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner in the Chicago office, the firm said Monday.
Cohen, an investment funds lawyer, advises clients in the formation, structuring, and maintenance of open and closed-end private funds, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
He previously served as a partner at Kirkland & Ellis and Sidley Austin.
