Kevin Friedmann has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a corporate partner and as the head of the Chicago office’s corporate, M&A and securities, the firm said Tuesday.
Friedmann, who joins from Greenberg Traurig, represents public and private companies in the technology sector in mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions, according to Norton Rose Fulbright.
He has experience counseling startup companies and later-stage companies in going-public transactions, public and private offerings, and stock exchange listings, said the firm.
