Bernd Bohr has joined Norton Rose Fulbright as a partner with its banking and finance team in London, the firm said Thursday.
Bohr advises clients on capital markets and lending transactions, including investment grade and leveraged finance or sub-investment grade transactions, and restructurings, according to Norton Rose.
Bohr’s practice in recent years has focused on European high yield bond and leveraged lending transactions, the firm said.
He joins Norton Rose from Mayer Brown.
