Northwest Bank said Thursday that it had appointed Erin Siegfried as chief legal counsel and corporate secretary.
Siegfried will lead the company’s legal function, providing strategic counsel to the executive team and board of directors. She brings nearly 30 years of experience advising publicly traded companies on corporate law, securities, mergers and acquisitions, and other business matters. Most recently, she served as a deputy general counsel at Huntington National Bank. Prior to that, she was a partner at Porter, Wright, Morris & Arthur LLP in Columbus, Ohio.
