Northrop Grumman Names Corporate Vice President, General Counsel

Kathryn Simpson has been named corporate vice president and general counsel of Northrop Grumman Corporation, the company announced Thursday.

She currently serves as vice president and associate general counsel in the company’s mission systems sector, according to Northrop Grumman. Simpson previously served as the vice president for corporate transactions and board governance and general counsel of Raytheon International and Raytheon Commercial Electronics.

Simpson will assume the role Oct. 30, said the company.
