A New Jersey attorney representing an ex-cosmetic company CEO was disqualified from the case for refusing to hand over privileged documents his client kept when he left the company.
Peter Y. Lee, a solo practitioner in Edgewater, NJ, was blocked from representing his wrongful termination client Thursday in a US District Court for the District of New Jersey ruling, marking “at least the third time he has been sanctioned” by a court.
