Nixon Peabody Taps Michael Melzer as Project Finance Partner

Michael Melzer joined Nixon Peabody as a partner in its project finance and public finance practice in Chicago, the firm announced Tuesday.

Melzer works with state and local governments, investment banks, nonprofit entities, and large institutional investors. He helps clients with regulatory enforcement actions, interest rate swaps, and other novel transactions, in addition to his financing practice, the firm said.
