Zachary Cunha joined Nixon Peabody as a partner in its government investigations and white-collar defense practice, the firm announced Monday.
Cunha joins after serving as US Attorney for the District of Rhode Island, where he led and managed a staff of federal prosecutors handling criminal and civil litigation in Rhode Island, including violent crime, cybercrime, civil rights, and opioids.
