Dusko Stojkov joined Nixon Peabody as a partner in its community development finance practice in Washington, DC, the firm announced Monday.
Stojkov advises sponsors, investors, and lenders on tax-efficient capital stacks for solar, storage, wind, and other clean energy projects, including project development, tax equity, credit transfers, and restructuring. He helps clients navigate the complexity and rapid evolution of federal clean energy incentives, including qualifications for and stacking of credits, bonus adders, transferability, and direct pay, the firm said.
He previously was at Offit Kurman, according to his LinkedIn profile.
