Tim Maloney has joined Nixon Peabody as a partner with the intellectual property practice in Chicago, the firm said Tuesday.
Maloney has experience as a trial lawyer who deals with intellectual property enforcement and defense with a focus on patent litigation, according to Nixon Peabody. He has led jury trials and Federal Circuit appeals.
He is joined by Karl Fink as senior counsel.
