Nixon Peabody Expands OSHA Practice with Partner Melissa Peters

Melissa Peters has joined Nixon Peabody as a partner in the firm’s Labor & Employment practice in San Francisco, along with counsel Eric Compere of the Los Angeles office, the firm said Wednesday.

Peters and Compere, who will co-lead Nixon Peabody’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration team, both served as attorneys for the California Department of Industrial Relations Division of Occupational Safety and Health, according to Nixon Peabody.

Peters focuses on occupational safety and health across industry sectors, and supports clients in litigation against OSHA, from citation contest to enforcement proceedings, the firm said.
