Sean Bosack joined Nixon Peabody as a partner in its complex disputes practice in Providence, the firm announced Monday.
Bosack represents corporations and individuals in complex commercial disputes, securities fraud, antitrust, healthcare fraud, and white-collar criminal defense in federal and state courts and arbitrations nationwide. He advises corporations conducting internal investigations involving fraud and corporate governance issues.
He joins from Godfrey & Kahn, according to his LinkedIn profile.
