Kristen J. Fallon has joined Nixon Peabody as a partner with the real estate practice in Boston, the firm said Thursday.
Fallon focuses on commercial unsecured and secured credit facilities where the underlying collateral is real estate, representing financial institutions, REITs, and funds, according to Nixon Peabody.
She also works on the acquisition and financing of real estate-related projects, mergers and acquisitions, and joint venture pursuits with REITs, developers, and funds, Nixon Peabody said.
