Jennifer Schultz has joined Nixon Peabody as a partner and will lead the permitting and land use team in the Boston office, the firm said Wednesday.
Schultz represents traditional real estate developers, family offices, real estate investment trusts, real estate investment managers, universities and colleges, hospitals, hotel owners and managers, and land-centric nonprofits, according to Nixon Peabody.
Her practice includes development in the life sciences and renewable energy sectors, said the firm.
Joining alongside Schultz are senior counsel Adam Weisenberg and counsel Jordan Smith.
