NFL’s Dan Snyder Seeks Moag Phone Records for India Libel Suit

The Washington Football Team’s Dan Snyder wants a New Jersey federal court to block a Baltimore sports investment banking firm from intervening in litigation seeking the Verizon phone records for use in Snyder’s defamation suit in India over a series of news articles accusing him of sexual misconduct.

Snyder, the team’s majority owner, alleges Moag & Co., which represents the team’s three minority owners in their ongoing bid to sell their shares, has information about the origin of the articles targeting him on the Media, Entertainment, Arts, WorldWide website.
