Judge Pauline Newman informed a district court she’s recently been removed from a court email list for Federal Circuit judges, just days after she promised to continue fighting her colleagues’ decision to suspend her from hearing cases.

The 96-year-old judge told the US District Court for the District of Columbia, where she’s challenged the suspension, that her peers appeared to be ramping up her punishment for refusing to cooperate with the probe into her mental fitness by removing her from the listserv and by denying her “routine” request to extend the term of service for one of her law clerks. ...
