Silvaco Group Inc. has hired Candace Jackson to be the first general counsel and corporate secretary for the chip design and software company that may be best known for a unique legal dispute involving its late founder.
Jackson will join Silvaco as of Sept. 23, she said in an email. Her move comes four months after the company raised $114 million via an initial public offering.
