The Sixth Circuit said it’ll continue hearing a group of lawsuits challenging the Federal Communications Commission’s new net neutrality regulations, rebuffing an attempt by the agency to move the cases to Washington, D.C.
The litigation “does not present one of those unusual circumstances requiring transfer,” a panel from the US Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit said in an order Friday.
