Nelson Mullins Taps Peter Rho as Corporate, Cross-Border Partner

Peter Rho joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in Los Angeles, the firm announced Thursday.

Rho serves as outside general counsel for US and international clients, advising on complex business transactions, cross-border deals, and disputes across multiple industries, including corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, finance, real estate, technology, and entertainment, the firm said.
