Scott Walker joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its real estate capital markets practice in New York, the firm announced Wednesday.
Walker’s practice focuses on agency finance and workouts, and he advises on complex workouts, foreclosures, loan restructurings, and related litigation. He manages complex loan portfolios and handles mortgage litigation involving CMBS, RMBS, CDOs, and other derivatives, the firm said.
He joins from Freddie Mac.
