Benjamin Hron has joined Nelson Mullins LLP as a partner in Boston, Mass., the firm said Tuesday.
Hron, who joins the venture capital and technology team, represents companies in general corporate matters, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, securities law compliance, and joint ventures, according to Nelson Mullins.
He also represents private equity and venture capital funds, angel investors, and financial institutions in the financing of public and private companies, said the firm.
