Josh Redelman joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its employment law practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Redelman represents employers and executives in employment matters, including trade secrets, restrictive covenants, discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims in state and federal courts. He also conducts workplace investigations and serves as outside employment counsel for companies, advising on executive agreements, workforce compliance, and employment-related issues in mergers and acquisitions, the firm said.
He joins from Clark Hill.
