Nelson Mullins Recruits Dan Simon as Partner to Energy Practice

Dan Simon has joined Nelson Mullins as a partner in Charlotte, N.C., and Washington, D.C., the firm said Monday.

Simon has experience with energy regulatory law and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, according to Nelson Mullins.

He served as a trial attorney in FERC’s Office of Administrative Litigation.
