Benjamin Britz joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in Washington, the firm announced Thursday.
Britz represents clients in government and internal investigations and domestic and international white-collar criminal matters, the firm said. He represents clients in enforcement inquiries, including before the Justice Department, the Securities and Exchange Commission, attorney general offices, and multilateral development banks.
He joins from Hughes Hubbard & Reed.
