Jason Northcutt joined Nelson Mullins Riley and Scarborough as a partner in its private equity group in Washington, the firm announced Wednesday.
Northcutt advises financial sponsors and corporate clients in mergers and acquisitions transactions. He represents middle-market private equity funds and corporations in government contracting, manufacturing, industrial services, life sciences, information technology, and business services, the firm said.
He joins from Akerman.
