Nelson Mullins Hires Adam Wanee as Partner on Its Corporate Team

Adam Wanee joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its corporate group, the firm said Tuesday.

Wanee counsels clients throughout the full lifecycle of a startup, from formation to exit. His practice includes advising on entity formation, founder and shareholder agreements, and financing transactions, including SAFEs, convertible notes, and venture debt.

He represents clients across industries, including artificial intelligence, SaaS, climate technology, agricultural technology, financial technology, healthcare technology, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, unmanned systems, and consumer products, the firm said.

Wanee joins from Michael Best & Friedrich.
