Benjamin J. Sitter has joined Nelson Mullins LLP as a litigation partner in Pittsburgh, Pa., the firm said Tuesday.
Sitter focuses on class actions and complex litigation, and he represents clients from the financial industry, according to Nelson Mullins.
He has handled matters involving vehicle finance, consumer protection claims, Ponzi schemes, and mortgage lending and servicing, Nelson Mullins said.
