Kevin Woltjen is joining Nelson Mullins LLP as a partner in the Dallas office, the firm said Wednesday.
Woltjen’s practice focuses on middle-market corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and venture capital transactions, according to Nelson Mullins.
He represents clients in the energy, financial, venture capital, and private equity sectors, said the firm.
