The widow of a deceased Nelson Mullins equity partner suing the firm over unpaid wages is appealing the case’s dismissal.
Adrienne Cohen is asking the Massachusetts Appeals Court to reconsider a superior court ruling that dismissed the case and moved it to arbitration. Cohen sued Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough in January on behalf of her deceased husband’s estate to collect nearly $2 million in unpaid wages.
