Provence advises individuals, families, and executors on estate planning and administration matters, with a focus on protecting assets and navigating complex tax issues that impact estates and trusts. He counsels business clients on day-to-day operational needs, including entity formation, partnership agreements, and corporate governance, the firm said.
He previously worked at Ashmore Leaphart Rabon & Provence, according to that firm’s website.
