John Monahon and Todd Wade have joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as partners in the corporate practice group in Atlanta, the firm said Thursday.
Monahon represents companies and investors in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, and corporate matters. He also serves as outside general counsel to clients, according to Nelson Mullins.
Wade, who will be part of the mergers and acquisitions team, has experience advising clients on joint ventures, strategic alliances, and financings, said the firm.
