Tammy Terry and Lisa Margonis joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as partners in its intellectual property practice in Houston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Margonis focuses on IP litigation and patent prosecution, with emphasis on oilfield technologies, automotive technologies, and consumer products, the firm said.
Terry is an IP litigator and registered patent attorney with the Patent and Trademark Office. She represents global and domestic companies in IP litigation, complex commercial litigation, and dispute resolution throughout the United States, the firm said.
They join from Osha Bergman Watanabe & Burton.
