Todd Gibson joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its investment management and private funds practice, the firm announced Wednesday.
Gibson represents fund sponsors in various alternative investment structures, including private equity, venture capital, real estate, and hedge funds. He advises clients throughout every stage of the fund lifecycle, with experience spanning domestic and cross-border fund formations, joint ventures, co-investment arrangements, and complex governance matters, the firm said.
He joins from K&L Gates.
