Nelson Mullins Adds Laura Maher as Corporate Partner in Florida

Laura Maher joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its corporate practice in Boca Raton, Fla., the firm announced Tuesday.

Maher focuses her practice on structuring and negotiating real estate and corporate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and joint ventures. She advises private equity firms and businesses on investment strategies and serves as outside general counsel to clients, the firm said.
