James Reardon joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its litigation practice in Houston, the firm announced Thursday.
Reardon assists businesses in reducing or eliminating federal corporate income tax. He advises publicly traded companies on consolidated return rules, tax-free reorganizations, recapitalizations, and withholding tax issues, the firm said.
He joins from Porter Hedges.
