Benjamin Lajoie joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough as a partner in its litigation practice in Boston, the firm announced Wednesday.
Lajoie represents financial institutions, private funds, investment advisers, and asset managers in disputes involving counterparties, investors, and regulatory matters. He also advises life sciences companies, general contractors, and manufacturers on litigation related to trade secrets, employment, vendor relationships, unfair trade practices, and fraud claims, the firm said.
He joins from McGlinchey Stafford.
