Jeff Nardinelli joined Simpson Thacher & Bartlett as a partner in its intellectual property litigation practice in San Francisco, the firm announced Thursday.
Nardinelli focuses on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on emerging technologies including cybersecurity, AI, cryptocurrency, finance and life sciences. He has represented leading companies, including Google, Waymo, Samsung, Buf, Natera and Swan Bitcoin, in patent, trade secret and other technology-focused litigation, the firm said.
He joins from Quinn Emanuel.
